Impact specializes in helping the high school, college, and professional athlete become the absolute best they can be…helping them reach their full athletic potential.
Our facility was built with one purpose in mind…to help the athlete become great! We get our athletes, stronger, faster and more powerful, while helping them become mentally tough as well. At Impact you won’t find gimmicks, only hard work. Impact Sports Performance isn’t a “Speed School”, we don’t do “Summer camps” and we never do cookie cutter programs. All of our programs are individualized to the specific athlete by expert strength and performance coaches with over 20 years of hands on experience working directly with high school, college and professional athletes.
Each athlete receives a FULL physical assessment. We leave no stone unturned and will find performance “holes”, potential physical issues that could lead to injuries, and performance flaws. Once we find those issues, we fix them.
When training at Impact, you will find the environment electric and the intensity unmatched. There is no “soft-music”, no TVs, and no juice bars. There is however, intensity, passion and hard work…all leading to real results and athletes reaching their true physical potential.

Here at Impact, we conduct a thorough physical assessment process for each athlete that tells us exactly what the he or she needs to not only be successful, but also correct imbalances and prevent injuries. Unlike “big box” training centers, each athlete will have his or her own training program based on our assessments…there are no “cookie-cutter” programs at Impact. We realize that every athlete is different and will need different training. Our Performance Coach, Keith Scott, has 20 years of working as a sports medicine professional with athletes, so injury prevention and corrective strategies to take care of imbalances is a key part of our training.
At Impact we can even be the bridge from post physical therapy to getting back on the field at the highest level. Keith’s vast experience in the rehab world sets him apart from most coaches and trainers in that he understands exactly what the post-rehab athlete needs to not only be successful, but to also prevent further injury from occurring.

Keith Scott has become one of the areas most sought after baseball development specialists for youth, high school, college and professional baseball players. Keith combines his vast experience in the sports medicine field with his unique training methods to help develop the complete baseball player and athlete. Keith has had tremendous success in improving bat speed, throwing velocity, running speed, as well as treating and preventing the most common baseball injuries. Keith has helped many players come back quickly and safely from shoulder and elbow injuries as well as preventing these injuries in other players.
Impact Training allows the baseball player to train his entire body, for strength and size development, as well as sprinting speed, bat speed, and overall baseball readiness. Choosing to spend my summer training with Keith Scott at Impact Training has been the best investment of my life. I am a Division I baseball player who worked extremely hard to get to where I am. And training with Keith took me to a level I never thought I would reach. He is an excellent motivator and strives to push his athletes to their limits, safely. Training with Keith is an experience every serious athlete should have. I looked forward going to Impact and training to the point of exhaustion yet never wanted to leave when the workout was over. Last fall I was squatting 335Ibs, and in three short months, I was squatting 475Ibs. I shattered all my previous personal bests in every category thanks to Keith. Not only did Keith make me stronger but faster as well. I dropped my 60 yard dash time from 6.86 to 6.72. I also saw an extreme change in my game. The ball began to jump off my bat more than ever. Keith trains specific to the athlete’s certain sport and will definitely make them excel to a point they never thought they’d reach. He will dedicate himself to you so that you can become the best you can be. He was just as enthused to train me as I was to train with him. Three months at Keith Scott’s new training center,’ Impact Training and Fitness’ gave me more results than 9 months training at school on my own did. Keith is one of the best and has pushed me to be the best athlete I could be…increasing my strength and speed while educating me about better eating options and safe training. Working with Keith at Impact Training was the best decision I have ever made. Workouts are intense and get results! I never have had the energy I’ve had since working out at his gym. I gained 6 solid pounds in 3 short months and got my squat to over 320lbs which is over 100lb increase, and benched 100lb dumbells after only starting at 75s. In a few weeks my flexibility, core, and body was in the best shape it has have ever been! I wake up every day while on his program with a pep in my step. I’ll definitely be going back cause it’s hard to work out anywhere else now.

Working with Keith has been the best decision that I made from an athlete’s standpoint. I started off as someone who did not enjoy working out. Keith has a way to motivate you like no other. I am a baseball player who was not the fastest or strongest. Keith took me to a level that I did not think that I would be able to reach. I would definitely not have been able to become this strong and fast if I was working on my own or with other trainers. I loved going to work out every day that I was scheduled. Training with Keith improved all aspects of my game. I dropped my 60 yard dash time down 1.2 seconds and I now run a 6.7 sec dash. He changed me from a singles hitter to a power hitter without the sacrifice of consistency. I saw significant improvements not only in speed but in strength as well. I started off not being able to do a pull up and now I am able to do sets of them with ease. I raised my dumbbell press at least 40 pounds and my squat went up drastically. I must have raised that by 150 pounds! The results were unbelievable. Keith knows workouts for an athlete’s sport to enhance their abilities. He will push you so you can become the best that you can be. He loves his job and it shows every day that I worked out with him. I would not want to work out with anyone else.
