Why Impact Training and Fitness?

Impact Training and Fitness is at the forefront of athletic performance enhancement and fitness training. At Impact, we focus on athletic based training that develops functional movement patterns, and natural strength and conditioning. The results you achieve are enhanced because of cutting edge training, fun and exciting training sessions, and a ‘team-like’ atmosphere. When training with and around hard working, like-minded people with similar goals, your results are radically improved.

Impact is a private training center, not a public gym. We center our training on and around intense training principles, and techniques as well as modified workouts that fit an individual’s needs. We do not prescribe to “cookie-cutter” training regimens, as seen in so many ‘big box’ performance and training centers. Impact prides itself on creating a “team” atmosphere while still crafting each workout to the individual based on his or her wants and needs. Our training is fun and exciting and always gets results.

At Impact, the focus is on small group, or semi-private training. This creates a ‘family’ or ‘team’ feel. This way, everyone has a coach and belongs to a team while still getting the best one-on-one attention and training. Focusing on small group training allows supervision, creates incredible motivation and keeps everyone accountable.

Our sports performance training is focused on individual goals and needs. Through our rigorous assessment process, we identify weaknesses and performance flaws and develop personalized programs to correct deficiencies, and develop the ultimate athlete. Our programs focus on strength, power, speed, agility and mental toughness, while always focusing on fixing and preventing injuries.

For non-athletes, workouts are based on real-world strength, core development, and function, while minimizing body fat and physical sculpting with lean muscle. Workouts are intense, but fun and always get results that will keep the client engaged and motivated.

You will not see machines at Impact training as you would in a public gym. Out training is based on ‘old-school’ and sometimes ‘hardcore’ training techniques that are combined with the latest research and cutting edge training principles. We focus our training around your own bodyweight, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, sleds, tires and many more “non-traditional” training methods and routines.

We provide the highest and most cutting edge level of training to all clients and customers to help them reach the utmost echelon of performance and fitness based on targeted physical assessments and specific goals of each person.
