Keith Scott – Owner
For over 20 years, Keith Scott has been committed to excellence in the field of sports performance and fitness. While specializing in Sports Performance Enhancement, Keith has worked with countless athletes of all levels and helped them achieve their highest athletic potential.
Keith received his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from the University of Arizona and a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University. During his 20 plus years in the field, Keith has had the opportunity to work with and train 1000’s of athletes at all levels including professional and Olympic hopefuls, and has been able to help these athletes achieve tremendous athletic success throughout their careers.
Keith’s goals are to continue to assist athletes of all levels reach their athletic potential, help them maintain or regain their optimal physical health, and be an excellent source of knowledge for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, health and nutritional goals. While Keith has worked closely with athletes throughout his career, Keith thrives in working with non-athletes as well. Corrective Therapy, Weight management, body composition and post injury rehabilitation are some of the many areas on which Keith focuses. Keith has clocked 1000s of hours helping people of all backgrounds achieve ultimate fitness
Keith is a contributing author and expert to Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, and Muscle and Fitness Magazines and is frequently asked to serve as an expert consultant and writer to other major fitness publications as well. Keith has the unique distinction of holding certifications in both the sports medicine field and the sports performance field and backs up his certifications and education with over 20 years working hands on in both a sports medicine and sports performance setting.
Keith is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (www.nsca-lift.org) as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association (www.nata.org). In addition, Keith holds a certification as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (www.nasm.org).
Locally Keith has trained all age groups and athletic profiles, including youth and middle school athletic hopefuls, high school all stars, Division I college athletes, professional athletes and adult champions.
