A HIT session consists of a 60 minute, intense, full body, targeted training that is developed to burn fat fast, develop full body strength and muscle, and get you into the best condition of your life.
The Anti-Boot Camp
H.I.T. is not a boot camp. Let’s face it, boot camps are boring. Besides, everyone now a days has a “boot camp.” HIT is the anti-boot camp, meaning that at Impact Training, our HIT sessions use the most innovative, cutting edge training tools, techniques, and exercises to get fast results. We use athletic based movements, and train the entire body. Many boot camps would have you lying on a mat, doing hundreds of crunches, holds, and using tiny dumbbells, while not moving much at all. Impact’s HIT “Anti-Boot Camp” is just the opposite. You will be moving the entire time, and doing intense, full body movements, much like a world class athlete would perform.
During our HIT sessions, clients will be using ropes, sleds, chains, tires, kettle bells, medicine balls, and much more, while training to an intense music play-list that will keep you motivated and moving.
HIT sessions are performed in groups of like-minded people that support one another, creating a “team-like” atmosphere. This kind of training ensures accountability, fun and success.
